Our Mission
The mission of the Saint Andrew Commission is to provide the Gift of Pastoral Counseling for those facing life’s most overwhelming storms. There are times when families and individuals find themselves overrun with unexpected trails in life. The Saint Andrew Commission endeavors to be the lifeline that helps people cope and face their difficulties with strength, resilience, and eventually, healing.
Our Legacy
Founding president of the Saint Andrew Commission and coordinating pastoral counselor Theo Obrastoff is no stranger to the journeys of his clients. Obrastoff’s own eldest son, Andrew, passed away over 16 years ago following a fifteen year battle with Cystic Fibrosis and complications with his double-lung/heart transplant. Obrastoff (and those who serve alongside him) believes in this mission because it is both personal and a matter of Faith in Christ for them.
Our Services
We offer the gift of significantly subsidized Pastoral Counseling for those facing traumatic situations in their lives. Working both with families as well as individuals, we partner with those we serve to bring healing through compassionate conversation and guidance, understanding, and unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.
